What’s Heart Centred Living about?
It’s great to go away for a weekend and have a wonderful time with horses, have transformational and life changing moments and learn new mindfulness and emotional intelligence skills, but it’s another thing to integrate them into daily life.
Heart Centred Living is designed as a workshop that can be returned to after attending a previous workshop (as many times as you like) to support that process.
It is going to be a space to connect with yourself, with the horses and with each other, to deepen your understanding and integration of the principles you have already learned and to awaken your own way to lead a heart centred life.
It will include meditation, reflective time with the horses, group sharing and discussion of theoretical elements and also group activities with the horses to enhance heart led collaboration.
Heart Centred Living will support you if you:
Want to spend three days with a small group of like-minded people and in the presence of the horses deepen your understanding of skills that you have already learned and strengthen your ability to live a heart centred life.
When you join us for Heart Centred Living, you will deepen your ability to:
- Be true to yourself
- Communicate authentically
- Make authentic choices
- Collaborate with compassion
- Stay connected to heart and what brings you joy
What previous experience do you need for HEART CENTRED LIVING?
