The thing that makes my coaching unique is the wisdom I’ve learnt from a lifetime connecting with horses. This has shaped a truly holistic approach which emphasises the importance of body, emotion, mind and spirit being in alignment.
It’s not all talking! In fact, some of the greatest light bulb moments often come from body awareness and times of introspection!

Outcomes of Wellbeing Coaching
Congruence is key to our emotional wellbeing. How you feel on the inside needs to match how you present on the outside. When this is in balance you can make authentic choices and discover the joy of being your true self.
Coaching will:
- Give you the time and space to truly connect with yourself – in a safe, non-judgemental and nurturing environment (time which you know you need but are not giving to yourself!)

- Encourage you to connect with your true feelings and listen to what they’re telling you
- Teach you how to understand your emotions, to differentiate between them and to decide what action to take to alleviate them

Wellbeing Coaching Programmes
The coaching I offer helps you access your inner wisdom through a range of different methods, incorporating meditation, the body scan, and emotional understanding. We challenge your ‘story’ so that you can live more authentically.
Before you embark on any coaching I offer a 30 minute Discovery call, which gives us the opportunity to learn more about each other and decide if we have a good connection. The relationship we create is central to your transformation through the coaching experience.
It’s an opportunity for me to explain more about my coaching and how it works, and for you to share what you would like to gain and to ask any questions you may have.
From there we decide which of my coaching options would best suit your needs – a 90-minute clarity session, the 8 week ‘wholehearted living’ programme, or an hour’s ‘maintain the flow’ session.
I will then ask you to complete a Client Information form and return it before your first session, with your payment. The form asks questions which will start the process of self-exploration to discover how you would like to benefit from coaching.
90-MINUTE CLARITY SESSION
This 90-minute clarity session will help you to work through a specific limiting mental or emotional block and to get back into the flow of your life. This will appeal if you would like to experience how my coaching works before committing to a programme, or if you have worked with me before and want clarity in a specific area of your life. £85
8-WEEK ‘WHOLEHEARTED LIVING’ PROGRAMME
This 8 x 1hr weekly coaching programme will appeal if you are ready to commit to lasting change rather than seeking a quick fix. This programme helps you to address a specific area of your life, whether that’s a relationship, a lack of self-esteem and confidence, or the pursuit of more purpose and meaning in your life. It takes time to get to the root cause of a particular challenge, to understand and process it, and to integrate a new way of being.
This programme incorporates the four elements of mind, body, emotion and spirit, teaches you fundamental principles of emotional wellbeing, and then supports you to integrate them so that you have more joy and fulfilment in your everyday life.
This programme will benefit those who are ready take the next step on their journey and want support for that process. £520
‘MAINTAIN THE FLOW’ COACHING SESSIONS
On a one-off basis or after completing the 8-week programme you are welcome to book single or multiple 1hr coaching sessions, as and when you require them, to help you to practice all that you have learned and to maintain your new way of being. £70 per hour

These form the 4 elements of wellbeing coaching:
- Listening to the body
- Using emotions as information
- Responding in the present moment (which becomes possible when you’ve removed limiting blocks)
- Connecting with your passion or purpose
Working through these 4 elements, I can help you move through unconscious mental and emotional blocks to gain congruence and experience inner calm.
Through the process you will learn how to:
- Embody emotional intelligence skills in your everyday life
- Incorporate mindfulness and body awareness techniques
- Identify your authentic vision
- Trust your intuition
- Experience more fulfillment at home and in business

Coaching can also help you to:

Are the sessions face-to-face?
We can hold sessions in person, by phone or online – whichever suits you best.
What times are available?
Sessions are available on weekdays and weekday evenings.
How long does a coaching session last?
It depends on our intention for that session. It is usually an hour but can be extended to 1 ½ hours or 2 hours.
