Emotional wellbeing coaching creates the space for you to live a happier, more peaceful and fulfilling life. By learning to be true to yourself through the four key elements of emotional wellbeing, you can develop healthier relationships, feel lighter in yourself and experience real joy in life.

Who is this coaching for?

Do you feel like something is missing? Despite being outwardly successful, maybe one part of the jigsaw doesn’t quite fit? You might feel stuck, or lacking direction. Quite often the feeling is linked to a relationship – either with someone close, with yourself, or even a situation.

Sometimes you can’t put your finger on what’s wrong. Other times you’re consumed by every nuance of it. Either way, the feeling is not subsiding – even through other personal development work.

Ignoring it only works temporarily and now it’s not only affecting your personal life but also how you grow in your business. You might find it hard to form relationships. Or value your true worth. Often it affects your physical health.

Congruence is key to our emotional wellbeing. To really get to the heart of the matter, how you feel on the inside needs to match how you present on the outside. When this is in balance, you can make authentic choices and discover the joy of being your true self.

Emotional wellbeing coaching helps you to develop trust in relationships, improve confidence and self-esteem, set boundaries and be more emotionally agile. You will feel a sense of peace and experience more fulfilment.

I offer a safe, non-judgemental environment, empathic listening and genuine support to help you achieve this. How is this coaching different?

What makes my coaching unique is the wisdom I’ve learnt from a lifetime connecting with horses. This, along with my multi-faceted training, has shaped a truly holistic approach which emphasises the importance of body, emotion, mind and spirit being in alignment.
These form the 4 elements of wellbeing coaching:

  1. Listening to the body
  2. Using emotions as information
  3. Responding in the present moment (which becomes possible when you’ve removed limiting blocks)
  4. Connecting with your passion or purpose

Working through these 4 elements, I can help you move through unconscious mental and emotional blocks to gain congruence and experience inner calm.

How to book an emotional wellbeing coaching session

Are the sessions face-to-face?

We can hold sessions in person, by phone or online – whichever suits you best.

What times are available?

Sessions are available on weekdays and weekday evenings.

How long does a coaching session last?

It depends on our intention for that session. It is usually an hour but can be extended to 1 ½ hours or 2 hours.

How many sessions?

The number of sessions may vary depending on the client’s individual needs and will be discussed in the initial consultation. Clients generally have between 4 and 12 sessions, which are booked and paid for in blocks of four. Payment is required before each block begins.

How much does it cost?

Block of 4 x 1 hr sessions – £240
