After many years of working alongside horses and people, I’ve realised the importance of being congruent in our lives. My approach to coaching, whether with horses or in a one-to-one space, can help you understand that your emotions mean something, and that old patterns can have a purpose.
If you feel stuck in a cycle of thoughts and feelings, I help you connect on a visceral level to what might have happened in the past, so you can work through your physical and mental blocks.

Equine Facilitated Learning
Equine facilitated learning helps you connect with your true intentions, feelings and inner wisdom in the presence of horses. You will feel clearer in mind and purpose and better able to develop meaningful, healthy relationships.
Horses can sense inconsistency between your feelings and your actions and help you to recognise when you are not being true to yourself. They communicate through subtle language and energy and can help you to honour your own vulnerability. Simply being in a horse’s presence can show you how to listen to yourself and relax into a similarly calm state of mind.
The holistic nature of the work leads many clients to experience deep, profound, healing and transformation. My underlying intention is to help you to access your own inner wisdom and allow it to inform and inspire you so that you can live a more peaceful and fulfilling life.
