I thoroughly enjoyed Rosie’s Connect Workshop and would highly recommend it to others who are seeking to connect to their authentic self. I’ve long been drawn to Equine Facilitated Learning associated with Linda Kohanov’s work in the US and I was very excited to discover that Rosie was doing such work here in the UK. Between the amazing safe and neutral space of possibility that Rosie holds, the numerous valuable tools she shares during the workshop, and the opportunity to work with horses through it all, creates an experience that is truly unique and has been a great contribution to my life.
The workshop allowed me to experience a long-held heart’s desire in a beautifully held space. It gave me many useful tools to better understand my emotions and work through them in a positive way, as well as to identify limiting beliefs and have a means to process them so I can get beyond them. These were all presented in a way that I can easily continue to use on my own.
The workshop allowed me to get more in tune with my authentic self and to see what’s important in my future. Even if I don’t have specific clarity yet on what my future will entail, I have greater ease with the unknowing.
Aside from all that is offered in this 3-day workshop, it’s also a great plus that it’s held at Trealy Farm…a beautiful and nurturing piece of land that’s available to roam and to sit and reflect and receive from nature.
I appreciate Rosie’s work so much (and the gift that Trealy Farm is), that I’m choosing to attend Rosie’s Heart Centered Living workshop to continue to develop the skills I have learned and to have more amazing experiences with the horses and the land!
