Creating space for ‘me’ and ‘us’ to come into alignment with ‘I’ and ‘we’
‘I’ can rush around doing all the things ‘I’ want to do, need to do and should do – and often don’t create space for ‘ME’.
Similarly, ‘WE’ can achieve a lot together without truly creating space for ‘US’.
For much of my life I flipped between ‘craving’ time for myself (solitude) and ‘craving’ connection – the truth is that we have an emotional need for both.
Whilst running a busy riding centre, working all hours, at the same time as bringing up a young daughter I often craved time for myself.
And yet, as I travelled through my personal development journey and I began to find a new sense of myself, even though I had a loving family and friends I often craved a connection with ‘US’. I’ve now learned that I was craving a connection with like-minded people (my tribe).
So, not only is it important to carve out time for ‘ME’ and ‘US’ but also to find harmony between the two.
What I also learned is that my authentic ‘me’ had been lost under the spell of the conditioned ‘I’ and in turn my authentic ‘us’ had given way to a conditioned ‘we’!
Throughout our lives it’s easy for the authentic ‘me’ and ‘us’ to be drowned out by the conditioned ‘I’ and ‘we’.
Finally, we realise that true peace and joy come when we create harmony between the authentic and conditioned parts of ourselves.
But first we have to uncover the authentic ‘me’ and ‘us’!
Then we can bring into alignment our authentic inner knowing with the conditioned and survival persona. And in so doing we can bring more harmony into our relationships with all beings.

One of the most common conditioned patterns of ‘we’ is to give too much of ourselves to others at the expense of looking after our own needs. However, when we can come into alignment with our authentic ‘us’ we can find the balance between the two.

This workshop offers the space for you to connect with and explore what’s important to the authentic parts of yourself to feel content.
And who better to have this experience with than the herd of wonderful horses at Trealy Farm😊 Horses are authentic. They know what they want and are happy to seek it. Within their herd they move between times of being alone and together in their own rhythm. They also fluidly move through connection with different herd mates at different times. We can learn a lot about ourselves by being in the presence of and interacting with horses.
“I love the opportunity to spend time with Rosie at her Trealy Farm workshops; to enjoy good company, great coaching, communing with nature and horses, peace and progress. It is 2 days since I got back from Rosie’s newest workshop “The Space to Find Alignment” and I feel rejuvenated. Rosie’s teaching is inspirational and insightful. She listens mindfully, remembers pertinent details and guides us expertly through the psyche’s roadblocks. It really is a privilege to experience this work.” Katherine

“After a three day Alignment workshop with Rosie I feel enlightened. The trainings helped bring to my consciousness some vulnerability and deep held beliefs which had kept me stuck in old patterns that no longer serve me. I feel like I had a number of ‘A-ha’ moments during the three days, shifted some stagnant energy, and opened a portal for continued self-development and healing. Rosie’s teachings are a game-changer, and even after returning home I’ve continued to make links with the workshop teachings and my emotional responses to family interactions.” Adele
